SellerACO — Optimize Your Products for AI Shopping

1. Introduction

SoCal Creeks Global ("we", "us", "our") provides SellerACO, an agentic commerce optimization tool for Amazon sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through selleraco.com and the SellerACO service, how we use it, and your rights over your data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and a password hash. If you connect your Amazon seller account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) OAuth flow, we store a secure refresh token associated with your account, along with your Amazon Seller ID and store name.

2.2 Amazon Product Data (via SP-API)

With your authorization, we access the following data from your Amazon seller account to provide ACO diagnostics:

Product listing data (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images) — via Product Listings (read-only)
Product prices — via Pricing (read-only)
Listing and FBA inventory reports — via Reports (read-only)

We access this data to analyze and score your listings for AI discoverability and to verify inventory consistency. We do NOT modify your listings.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the SellerACO service
To generate ACO diagnostics and optimization suggestions for your listings
To verify inventory data you upload or authorize
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, service updates)
To maintain security and prevent fraud

4. What We Do NOT Do

We do NOT automatically modify, update, or publish to your Amazon listings
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
We do NOT share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes
We do NOT use your data for purposes other than providing the service you requested

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS and Supabase) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Amazon API tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to fetch the data you authorized.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing support@selleraco.com. We process deletion requests within 7 business days. See our Data Deletion Policy for full details.
