Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SellerACO service operated by SoCal Creeks Global ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SellerACO provides diagnostics and optimization recommendations for Amazon product listings, inventory verification tools, and multi-channel e-commerce optimization guidance. The service provides analysis and suggestions only; it does not automatically modify your listings or execute actions on your behalf on any marketplace.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for any changes you make to your Amazon listings based on our suggestions.
  • You agree to comply with Amazon Selling Partner API policies and all applicable laws.
  • You authorize us to access the data needed to provide the service.
  • You must ensure your account credentials are kept secure.

4. Free Beta

The service is currently offered free of charge during its beta phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the service at any time, with notice where reasonable.

5. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DIAGNOSTICS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED. Diagnoses and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of any outcome, including search ranking or sales.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings or contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
